Vanessa Hudgens in J Brand Houlihan Cargo Pants

Vanessa Hudgens was spotted taking a stroll around in West Hollywood, California and it looks like she got a new pair of the J Brand Houlihan Cargos. This is the first time we spotted someone in multiple washes of these great pants. Vanessa was last spotted wearing it in Vintage Olive a few months back and this time she opted for the West Point wash. I prefer the way she wore them here than the last sighting. I also like that she went for a clean wash instead of the vintage ones. The deep brown tone of these cargos is really great.

Have you readers noticed that Vanessa shortened her locks by a few inches? I think it looks nice, she looks a lot fresher. I am loving the weather this summer here in Southern California. It has really been the coolest one that we’ve had in a long time. It is seriously anything weather, you can tell as Vanessa is wearing a scarf.
