In support of Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q, Billy Reid will be in town for an in-store celebration on June 12th, 2010 in New York. From 7pm-9pm at 54 Bond St. and Jim ‘N Nick’s will provide local beverages, Pork Tacos, and Slow Roasted Bar-B-Q from a pig roast that will be on display in front of the store. Great news is that this event is open to the public. So if any of you readers are in New York, drop on by and show your support for the Southern Foodways Alliance, which is an organization that helps preserve the the history of Southern culture. The only thing probably better than denim, is probably BBQ that makes you not fit them.
