Justin Bieber promotes his new album “My Worlds” at Tower Records Shinjuku in Tokyo, Japan wearing a pair of Gray Levi’s. His low-top shoes are a change from his normal loud bright high-tops he likes and his overall ensemble here is a little toned-down. I have to admit, Justin looks cute and like a typical 16 year old boy.
