Rumer Willis in Levi’s

Rumer Willis was spotted hitting up a Starbucks coffee shop in Beverly Hills wearing a cutoff Levi’s skirt. Hmm what do you think of this skirt? It’s quite short!  It looks like it used to be men’s Levi’s then cut off to be a VERY short skirt.  I think she wears it low enough on her hips to make it quite acceptable though.
