Haylie Duff in short Shorts

Haylie Duff is seen out in Los Angeles, California wearing a pair of short shorts and looking really casual in that flowy tshirt.  Can anyone ID her shorts?  Did you know that Haylie wrote or co-wrote several songs for her sister Hilary’s albums, Metamorphosis and Hilary Duff, as well as the song “Gypsy Woman”, on Hilary’s fourth album, Dignity?
