Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko were side-by-side in West Hollywood and still going strong after 4 months of dating.  Hayden and her boxer boyfriend spent the day walking their dog after having breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien and shopping at Kitson boutique.
