Britney Spears was snapped picking up her boyfriend Jason Trawick and heading to a hotel in Santa Monica, California. Britney was wearing a pair of jeans that I have been trying to figure out all weekend! I recognise the back pocket embroidery, well it looks familiar, but I can’t put my finger on it. Can anyone help us out? I love the jeans!

Cameron Diaz was out filming scenes for “Bad Teacher” in Hollywood, California wearing a short pair of American Eagle shorts. Wow she looks really leggy in those! I can only imagine with that outfit and the movie title what this new movie is going to be about!

As the weather gets warmer, many people are pulling out their shorts and since denim trends for men do follow women, the denim cutoffs were inevitable to come in for the men. Nick Jonas was wearing a pair of cutoff Levi’s for a boat ride in Long Beach, California. It looks like this trend is going to be very popular this coming summer. Urban Outfitters is sold out of these shorts in all washes on their website. So how many of you male readers are going to wear cutoffs in this warm weather? We got an interview with the designer and founder of JET Jeans, John Eshaya. We spoke to him about his latest styles, his most popular jeans, his favourite celebs in his jeans and more about his brand. Thank you John for taking the time to answer our questions! DB: How did you come up with the name JET Jeans?
I did T-shirts first which was called John Eshaya Tees and we just added jeans to that and it became JET Jeans.
DB: What inspired you the most when creating the brand?
Models off-duty looks.
DB: What has been your favourite memory/experience since JET Jeans was founded?
When Madonna was seen wearing JET.
DB: Do you have a favourite cut you have designed?
The skinny jean. I love a skinny jean because it makes everyone look long and lean and it looks great with oversized tops or oversized sweaters.
DB: Do you have a favourite wash you have designed?
Vintage Wash because it gives you an idea of a great old vintage levi but with the perfect new shape and color, and it is easy to wear during the day with flip-flops or sandals.
DB: What inspires you when designing a jean or creating a wash?
Cool girls at the flee market because they always have some interesting ill-fitting 80′s jeans that we get inspired from to make new better fitting washes.

DB: JET jeans are worn by so many celebs, Nicole Richie and Nicky Hilton are huge fans, do you have a favourite celeb who loves the brand?

DB: Are there any new trends coming out next season that we should be keeping an eye out for?
The Rebel and Black Fade Jeans. The Rebel is new for fall and it is a dark clean wrinkled denim and the black fade is a new faded black that has a vintage feel to it but does not have any rips or distressing.
DB: What is the best feature of JET Jeans (fit, wash, pockets etc)?
The perfect comfortable fit
DB: We all love denim, but what is it that makes denim so important to you?
it works with the rest of the t-shirt collection that i do.
DB: What are your denim predictions for next season?
Less bleached denim and move vintage feel
DB: Do you have a favourite piece from your new SS10 collection?
Yes, the vintage patchwork Jean because it is a new take on a 60/70′s bellbottom hippie look with a new silhouette that’s right to wear now and Nicole Richie rocked it at a basketball game.
DB: Can you tell us a bit more about your brand for the readers who are new to the brand?
JET is all about the fit and the fabrics, it is your casual jean and your sexy date jean. Jet started when I was buying vintage levi’s and bleaching them and making them into shorts in the late 80′s while I was a sales person at Fred Segal Melrose. Then the line grew into t-shirts and printed sweats…then in 2006 we added the Jean division as you know it now and relaunched the line in 2008 to include solid jersey novelty tees and sweaters and more jeans.
DB: What makes JET Jeans so different from the others out there?
They do not bag after a few wears and they form to your body
