		<description>I think a lot of it depends on where you live, for example, in some states the trends which were popular in the 90s are still popular there now. Generally I was referring to when those trends came around and were at their high point :)</description>

Also, while I was in high school from 1990-94, the washed out denim was still popular.  My point is, you can&#039;t delineate fashion merely by decade.  The early 90s can easily be contrasted with the late 90s.</description>
