Rumer Willis was spotted out at the Nine Zero One salon party in West Hollywood, California, wearing her Ksubi Jeans again. Looks like Rumer has a broken finger in that metal splint; I wonder how she did that? Gosh she is just the spitting image of Demi, isn’t she?!
