Runway Report: Nautical Cuffing for Men

Cuffing your jeans, usually an after thought for men. Most just do it at home to just lounge around. But just as I said in the jeans for guys tip, if you want to be ahead of the male trends, look at women. With the help of Katie Holmes, this trend took off for women. Designers fell for it and decided to style their denim with cuffs on the runways for Men’s Fashion Week. On the runways of C.P. Company, Michael Bastian, and Junya Watanabe the cuff was a prominent trend. But these aren’t the usual clean, crisp cuffs. These are more nautical, think cuffing your jeans before you walk on the beach, they shouldn’t be overworked. It is a laid-back look after all. So how many of you are planning on doing the cuff?
