“YEAH… It’s a party in the USA.” Miley Cyrus was spotted in Marc by Marc Jacobs jeans while on a coffee run with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. I have to say she grew on me, it could be the song and I do think Miley has great style. She does get a lot of flack for dressing “too revealing”. But she is 17, some 17 year olds dress worse than her. For example, Taylor Momsen who is actually younger than her.
