Wrangler have released their latest brand film called “STOP THINKING” which explores the concept of acting on instinct. STOP THINKING challenges us to leave behind the doubt that plagues us and holds us back.

Once again collaborating with creative agency Fred & Farid. The iconic American outdoor denim brand Wrangler is building a fascinating body of short films around its award-winning “WE ARE ANIMALS” brand-platform and this latest film invites us to join the world of WRANGLER jeans. In this adrenaline-fuelled reality, action is king and WE ARE ANIMALS. The press release is below the video.

STOP THINKING has arrived: the latest brand film from WRANGLER. The iconic American outdoor denim brand is building a fascinating body of short films around its award-winning WE ARE ANIMALS brand-platform (Press Grand Prix, Cannes Lion, June 2009). Other films in the series are the serene and intriguing Humans; the emotional reminder of our beginnings in Baby; and the challenging, life enhancing Why?

Created by Fred & Farid Paris, the 45-second STOP THINKING short film explores the concept of acting on instinct.

  • Could a base-jumper jump if he considers the distance he will fall?
  • Could a fireman throw himself into the flames if he reflects upon his chances of survival?
  • Could a boxer fight if he thinks about the risk to life and limb?

STOP THINKING is a siren call to our spontaneous selves, to the powers of our unconscious, to acting immediately. By thinking about potential consequences, we make it impossible to achieve great things.

STOP THINKING challenges us to leave behind the doubt that plagues us and holds us back. It invites us to join the world of WRANGLER jeans. In this adrenaline-fuelled reality, action is king and WE ARE ANIMALS.

And all we have to do is STOP THINKING.

The STOP THINKING mini-movie will be launched on September 15, 2009. View it at www.wrangler-europe.com, and via the official WRANGLER channel on YouTube.

Adam Kakembo, Marketing Director Wrangler Europe, said: “Stop Thinking urges us to cut through fear and negativity and just go for it. That is the spirit of WranglerÔǪ trusting your instincts to help you achieve the wonderful, the thrilling, the remarkableÔǪ”
