Denim at the D&G Perfume Collection Launch

Domenico Dolce, Claudia Schiffer, Eva Herzigova, Stefano Gabbana and Naomi Campbell attend the D&G Perfume Collection Launch at La Rinascente Piazza Duomo, during Milan Womenswear Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 in Milan, Italy. Check out Stefano’s jeans… LOVE those! I also love Naomi’s destroyed looking skirt, what a hot bunch of people in some great denim!

Eva, Stefano and Naomi jeans are fabolous but don’t you think that ripped jeans like these don’t last as much as normal jeans because you know in the wash the holes get gigger and bigger and after a couple of months they are ready for the garbage ! And I have a question : What is the highest quality designer jeans brand for you ? And the worst/most overpriced?
I don’t think shredded/ripped denim are designed to be a staple piece which you keep for months and months like a classic plain washed pair, they are more for the trend right now, I think when you wash them and it makes the holes bigger that is the plan, it gives the more worn in vintage feel which is great, I own a lot of jeans myself so I don’t wear the same pair lots of times and wash it lots of times so they don’t really wear out. There are a lot of premium brands out there with strong denim, diesel denim is one of the toughest I know, raw denim is very tough as well, 100% cotton mostly is and Paige Premium jeans seem pretty tough and resistant as do DL1961, 7 for all mankind and more. I don’t really have a brand that I don’t like due to fabric but I guess I would have to say jeans that cost under $20, non premium jeans, the wash, finish, cut, feel, overall jean is just not to the standard of premium denim but it depends what you want your denim for, they are fine for people who like to work in them but for dressing up stick with premium for sure.
my ripped jeans look like new ones coz i only hand wash them.
I adore Britney because she have good voice .
