J Brand Co-Founders Jeff Rudes and Susie Crippen attended an afternoon at Ron Herman, Melrose Avenue, on August 15th, for the “J Brand Gallery” event featuring J Brand, J Brand Boutique, J Brand Denim Co. and the brand new J Brand/Hussein Chalayan collaboration. The Gallery will also remain open for consumers to enjoy at Ron Herman on Melrose. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend the event as I don’t live in the US but I would have loved to have gone!
Among there celebs that attended the event were: Christina Ricci who was wearing the J Brand “910” in Oil Slick with Susie Crippen and Jeff Rudes, Jaime Ray Newman who was wearing the J Brand “Babe” in Hightide, Sarah Jane Morris who wore the J Brand “Love Story” in Ink and Jason Gray Stanford from Monk wearing the J Brand Denim Co. “Kane” in Colt.

We are very excited as this is the first in-store Gallery for J Brand and we are presenting select pieces that have been hand picked by the principles of J Brand and Ron Herman.” said Jeff Rudes, Co-Founder and President of J Brand.
The desire of the J Brand Gallery at Ron Herman is to share the intention and inspiration behind each style. Our customers will enjoy more than a shopping trip but an experience where they can look, feel, read, and share in the evolution of the J Brand jean. The Gallery will, for the first time, showcase inspirations used in the creation of J Brand, J Brand Denim Co, J Brand Boutique and J Brand/Hussein Chalayan.
Co-Founder and Creative Director, Susie Crippen said, “One of the greatest rewards of doing the J Brand Gallery at Ron Herman is to be able to interact with our customers one on one and introduce them to new styles. It also allows for people to see where we started and how the brand has progressed.”
