Hilary was recently cast to reprise Faye Dunaway’s role as the original Bonnie in the classic movie, Bonnie & Clyde. To that, Faye’s response was, “couldn’t they at least cast a real actress?”
BURN!
Ms. Duff responded, “I think that my fans that are going to go see the movie don’t even know who she is.” Duff went on to say, “I think it was a little unnecessary, but I might be mad if I looked like that now, too.”
Personally, I thought Hilary’s sting was true but not a well thought out reply.

Faye Dunaway is one of the best film actresses of her generation. Hilary Duff is a lightweight more famous for being famous than any real acting ability. Who are they casting as Clyde, Kevin Federline?
^ITA. Hilary can’t handle criticism and is just grasping at straws when she tries to make a hit at Faye’s age. Hilary, the reason your fans don’t know Faye Dunaway is because they probably think Vanessa Hudgens should win Best Actress for her role in High School Musical 3.
