   I don’t own any Genetic denim, but I really want a pair. Two times now I have ordered them on Hautelook (last July and then again on 2/2), but both times my order never processed. By the time I realized it, it was too late. I tried contacting them and I was told I didn’t finish my order. Has anyone else had a problem ordering from there or when there were Genetic Denim sales??

   Thats rubbish How did it say you didnt complete the order? Did you get any confirmation?

   You have to go through several pages on Hautelook to the Submit Order page. Then you get an immediate email confirmation when you buy. Hope that helps – I’ve never had trouble with them and have ordered over a dozen times.

   I think what happened is that I got to the order summary page and I clicked okay because I thought that was the summary of what I ordered and that it went through. I noticed the next day that I never got the email confirmation. It’s just so weird that I let that happen to me two times. I received a Gorjana necklace that I ordered in December, so I guess I went through all the pages that time. Each time I’ve ordered I’ve been at work and in a hurry to place the order, so I guess I just need to be more careful.

   Such a shame on my part, bc I want a pair of Genetic denim so bad.
