Celebs in Denim: Whitney Port in Cut-off Levis shorts

Whitney Port is bringing the frump. Whit is wearing an interesting outfit while filming her show ‘The City’. She is wearing some sort of 80′s reject t-shirt and vintage ripped off (not really cut off are they?) Levi’s.  She’s looking thinner since she’s been in NY. What do we say on the outfit? I like the shorts hate the shirt and boots with them.
