Rue La La should be called Rude La La. If you make one mistake with your address or anything, they cannot fix it, you will be charged for the attempt to fix it and their customer service will treat you poorly. I got a lot of rude emails from their customer service department recently when I put in an order. I have contacted many other retail establishments when buying things off the internet and at none have I been subjected to the poor treatment I got at Rue La La. They are HORRIBLE. I highly recommend you only skip it and go to Hautelook.com where every experience I have had with them has been favorable, and I even got a $20 credit when they oversold an item by accident.
