Celebs in Denim: Jessica Simpson in William Rast Cutoff Shorts (again!)

Jessica Simpson was spotted out to dinner at Mr. Chow’s recently in her favorite William Rast cutoff shorts – she’s been seen in them before!  We could not find these shorts online anywhere so our guess is she cut them herself from a pair of William Rast Long Shorts or from a pair of their jeans!  Love the look – William Rast should take that hint and come out with some cutoffs for next summer!
