Jet Jeans, Chanel and Frankie B. sales at HauteLook this week!
I just had to share with you some of the exciting sales that HauteLook is having this week! Today, starting at 8am PST, is the JET sale. JET has fabulous t-shirts, hoodies and jeans favored by many celebs. On Wednesday at 8am PST, Decades Two is having their sale. Decades Two is a boutique with a large number of celeb consignors. The boutique is highly-selective, accepting only 20% of what consignors bring and offers labels such as Balenciaga, Chanel, Chloe, Marc Jacobs and emerging designers. On Thursday at 8am PST, there will be a Frankie B. sale. I don’t know about you but I am dying to try some Frankie jeans. Finally, on Friday, there will be a Ditto’s jeans sale! Is White the new Blue for Spring denim?
While perusing the pages of the new Neiman Marcus catalog, it is clearly apparent that white may be the new blue for denim this Spring. Hmmmm…. personally I don’t love the look of light or white denim on guys – its just too feminine. And I won’t even wear white jeans for fear white emphasizes certain areas…and not being a size 2 myself…’nuff said? So skinny girls, you go ahead and rock those white jeans, but for the rest of us, and guys – eh, it may be best to stick to the basic blues and blacks for denim. What do you think of the trend - on guys or girls?

Models Adriana Lima and Karolina Kurkova unveil the new Biofit Uplift Bra at the Victoria’s Secret Store on March 4, 2008 in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Lima is wearing a pair of J Brand’s Love Story jeans in Bayou wash. We’ve yet to I.D. Ms. Kurkova’s jeans – anyone know what they are? The J Brand jeans Adriana is wearing have been all over celebs lately – adding that to the must buy list! And by the way, wouldn’t it have been more effective to actually WEAR the bras in an unveiling photo shoot? Just a thought. As it is now, we have no idea how this bra even looks on!
