From British Vogue:
You may remember her from the stratospherically sexy, annual Victoria’s Secret show, but now Danish supermodel May Anderson is turning her hand from catwalk to cutting shears and designing her own range of jeans.
Chick with Guns is a range of black, grey and dark blue jeans, embellished on the butt with gold thread and cropped at the ankle. The best cut, the “Mayday”, is spray-on skinny and reminiscent of those jeans worn by cool rock-groupies in the Seventies.
Anderson founded the company with two old friends from Copenhagen, designer Gabriel Nigro and graphic artist Jesper Skade.
“I loved getting involved in the design process. I wear these jeans all the time – and so do lots of my guy friends!” says Anderson.
“The brand stands for quality in tailoring and fabric, and therefore only cooperates with the top manufacturers in Italy. This guarantees a perfect fit that brings out the sex appeal and chic-ness in a girl,” adds co-designer Skade.
Can’t wait to see these when they are released! Love the name!

Jovovich-Hawk is known for their cute and casual, slightly hippy designs, and are now even designing for Target, which is super cool. But then we spotted these Jovovich-Hawk Stevie Jeans. Oh dear, where to start?! The 70’s are back right now, which is why we are seeing higher waists and bell bottom-y flares but this is just too much! Yikes! Would you buy these? They retail for $295 at ShopBop.

Last night Hilary Duff wore a pair of J Brand 910 skinny jeans in black while having dinner with her boyfriend at Kobe Club in NYC. She always looks cute when she’s out in public, doesn’t she? Gorgeous Chanel handbag too!
According to the latest issue of Details Magazine, the must have jeans of the moment are chalk colored – in muted hues like cream, pale green and light blue. This is definitely more wearable than the shocking colored jeans of seasons past. This trend works for guys or girls: women in a pair with a breezy summer top and gladiator sandals, or men with a collared shirt. They are more the style of jeans you could wear to the office, not a concert, according to Details.
What do you think? Would you wear this trend?

Okay – these are just so crazy, it had to be blogged. First it was the Marc Jacob’s backward heel, now we bring you the heeless heel from designer Antonio Berardi. They are rapidly becoming hot with celebrities, as Victoria Beckham, Uma Thurman and Gwyneth Paltrow have all allegedly scooped up pairs. They run $3,600 a pair. OMG!
The designer claims that it isn’t as easy as it looks to topple backwards in these but you do need to be careful. Obviously, you need to step on the balls of your feet, as opposed to the heel. Berardi claims “When you walk, it is almost on tiptoe. You look really dainty.” Errr…or really idiotic…partly because of the shoe and partly for spending $3,600 on them!
According to ShoeHunting.com:
The idea of the heeless shoe is not new, and if you’re looking to try this trend, check out United Nude’s collection. United Nude has a whole line of “heeless” shoes that look a little more supportive, and won’t set you back four grand.
So what do we all think about these heeless heels? Would you try them?

Featured in this month’s People Style watch, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted wearing an on-trend light wash pair of Frankie B. jeans with a white Abercrombie & Fitch top. Love the relaxed casual vibe of her outfit! But goodness, hem the bottoms sweetie!
